Residential new construction electrical

New construction gives the electrical system a clean starting point. The plans still need to account for how the home will be used, which equipment will be installed, and where lighting and controls should go.

Decisions that belong on the plan

Appliances, heating and cooling equipment, water heating, EV charging, hot tubs, workshops, and other larger loads affect electrical planning. Lighting layouts, switching, exterior power, and device locations need attention too.

It is much easier to solve those questions before rough-in than after framing has been covered. We work from the plans and the actual equipment information rather than treating every home as the same job.

One electrical plan through completion

New construction electrical work moves through several stages. Service and panel planning, rough wiring, inspections, finished surfaces, and final trim each depend on the work before them.

When Ryno Electric handles the project from start to finish, the workmanship is warrantied for 365 days after completion.
